Micro USB SIII 11pin M to Micro USB SII 5pin F Adapter

Convert the 11-pin output of the SIII to a standard 5-pin output.

Allow existing MHL adapters to work properly with the SIII.

The adapter is functionally identical to the adapter offered by Samsung, but is available in marble white, to match the color of the marble white version of the SIII.
